What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be split between securing new rental managements and driving the leasing process to ensure seamless tenant transitions. Your key responsibilities will include:


Business Development

  • Proactively sourcing and converting new property management leads.

  • Conducting rental appraisals and signing up new CBD apartment listings.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors.

  • Developing and executing strategic growth plans for the rental portfolio.


Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Managing property marketing campaigns, online listings, and inspections.

  • Conducting open homes, private inspections, and application processing.

  • Ensuring seamless tenant onboarding, including lease signings.

  • Staying ahead of market trends and rental pricing strategies to drive leasing success.


Who We're Looking For

  • A results-driven, ambitious professional with a passion for property and business growth.

  • Experience in leasing, property management, or business development.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • A valid NSW real estate certificate or license (or willingness to obtain one).

  • A driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
