What’s on offer:
Attractive commissions and bonuses ($1k per property after set target + uncapped commissions)
Flexible central office location (virtual office option considered)
Established team of 2x experienced BDMs with scope to expand further
The role:
Drive new business across key growth areas including Swan City and Stirling
Build lasting relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners
Proactively source and secure new managements to grow the rent roll
Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and access tailored training to succeed
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a BDM or in a sales/business growth role within real estate
Strong local knowledge and networks (Swan City or Stirling highly regarded)
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Relationship-builder with excellent communication and follow-up skills
