A leading Melton agency is offering a rare opportunity for a motivated and career-focused individual to join their high-performing team as a Assistant Sales Associate. This role is designed for someone relatively new to the industry, although some previous experience in real estate or sales support is preferred.

You'll be mentored directly by the Director with 9 years of industry experience and supported through training designed to help you excel in all aspects of sales and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist agent with day-to-day sales tasks and client communication

• Prepare listing documents, contracts, and marketing materials

• Coordinate property inspections, open homes, and appointments

• Maintain client databases and CRM systems

• Provide excellent customer service

• Liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors as required

Requirements:

• Keen to grow and learn

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or administration is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• A current driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle

• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

• Agent's Representative Certificate

• Available to work weekends
