Key Responsibilities -

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 130 properties end-to-end

• Conduct routine inspections, entry condition reports, and vacates (with some assistance)

• Handling all leasing, maintenance, inspections, and tenant communication

• Managing arrears and coordinating with trades and suppliers

• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections

• Foster excellent relationships with landlords and tenants

  
  

What We’re Looking For -

• Senior-Level Property Management Experience (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a portfolio end-to-end

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A current Real Estate Certificate or License (essential)

• Someone who thrives in a structured, high-performing team

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proficiency in PropertyMe, Property Tree, or similar platforms

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
