Our client who is one of the top agencies in Australia is looking for an outstanding Property Manager who is ready to work with some of the

best.

About You:

• Must have 3 + years' experience in Property Management

• Experience managing portfolios on own

• Strong Knowledge of the Property Legislation

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

• Current Australian Driver’s License and Vehicle

• Work well under pressure and manage conflict effectively

• Happy disposition and attention to detail

• Ideally live locally and understand the area and demographic of the lower north shore

  
  

The Role:

• Manage Landlord & Tenant Relationships

• Manage Arrears

• Co-ordinate Maintenance

• Provide sound advice on the market

• Email and Phone Management

• Work closely with a Leasing Consultant

• Ingoing/Outgoing Inspections.

• Organise leases and bonds

• Meet required KPIs

• On board New Managements

• Salary of $90-120k depending on experience
