Senior Property Manager | Central Coast of NSW | Up to $90k

Beach-side Iconic Agency - salary up to $90K

Our client and leading local agency on the coast is looking for their next star Senior Property Manager !

About You:

• Must have 2+ years' experience in Property Management

• Experience managing portfolios on own

• Knowledge of the Property Legislation

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

• Current Australian Driver’s License and Vehicle

• Work well under pressure and manage conflict effectively

• Happy disposition and attention to detail

• Ideally live locally and understand the area demographic

  
  

The Role:

• Manage Landlord & Tenant Relationships

• Manage Arrears

• Co-ordinate Maintenance

• Provide sound advice on the market

• Email and Phone Management

• Work closely with a Leasing Consultant

• Ingoing/Outgoing Inspections.

• Organise leases and bonds

• Meet required KPIs

• On board New Managements

On offer:

• Salary of $70-90k+ depending on experience
