$90,000 – $320,000 OTE | $60k Base + Super + Commission
Are you a driven salesperson who wants to work with warm, motivated property investors, not cold prospects?
Our client is building one of Australia’s most advanced real estate sales teams, and we are hiring a Selling Agent to join their high-performing investment team.
You’ll work inside a 3-person deal unit with the capacity to generate $2M+ GCI per year.
If you love fast momentum, high-quality inbound leads, and closing profitable investment deals, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will specialise in guiding investors into high yield properties. No letterbox drops. No hunting for listings. Your job is to sell investment properties and close deals quickly and cleanly.
1. Buyer Qualification & Consultation
Call and qualify inbound leads from Facebook ads and the database.
Identify investor objectives (yield target, budget, growth goals, risk appetite)
Educate buyers on high-yield suburbs and short-term growth pockets
2. Property Matching & Presentation
Access off-market and pre-market investment stock
Prepare tailored property packs (yield %, rental appraisals, suburb metrics)
Run virtual or in-person tours
Send SMS/email campaigns to active buyer pipelines
3. Offer Management
Present offers and negotiate on behalf of buyers
Guide buyers on structure, terms, conditions and deposits
Liaise with brokers, solicitors and property managers
Help resolve vendor-side issues (building inspections, access, conditions)
4. Deal Closure & Handover
Prepare contracts and documentation
Hand over to the property management or settlement team
5. Relationship Building
Maintain strong buyer relationships for repeat purchases
Become the “investment yield expert” for selected suburbs
Record all CRM activity and report weekly
6. After-Sales Support
Introduce buyers to property management
Confirm yields and leasing milestones are on track post-settlement
SALARY & COMMISSION
This role offers strong stability and strong upside.
✔ $60,000 base salary + super
✔ Sliding scale commissions (5%–15% of GCI)
✔ OTE: $150,000 – $320,000+ depending on performance
✔ No commission cap
✔ Team GCI capacity: $2M+
If you’re motivated, you can realistically earn well above $200k.
