The role covers a broad range of duties, including sales administration support and working with the team to generate leads and manage campaigns.


About The Role:

• Sales administration and support.

• Preparation and presentation of appraisals.

• Organising and attending Open for Inspections.

• Marketing of properties.

• Managing campaigns end-to-end, negotiating and closing sales.

• Database management. 


About You:

You are a passionate Administration or Sales professional with the requisite drive to support and grow with the team.


You are looking to move into Sales with a view to becoming a Stand Alone agent.

  • A minimum of 2 years real estate experience (sales or administration).

  • Agents Representative Certificate or full Real Estate License is essential.

  • Exceptional client service and relationship building skills.

  • Strong organisation and time management skills.

  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Immaculate personal presentation.

  • Full Victorian drivers license & reliable car.

  • You are dedicated, driven, motivated and resilient.


This role would suit someone with 1-2 years real estate experience (either administration or sales) who is looking to elevate their sales career.
