Our client is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to work closely with the Selling Principal. You’ll gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the skills needed to build a long-term, successful career in real estate sales.

The Role

• Responding promptly to enquiries

• Delivering exceptional service at open homes and private appointments

• Prospecting for new business via phone calls

• Assisting with all stages of the sales process, from initial enquiry to settlement

• Management of CRM

• Preparing and distributing sales and performance reports

• A drive to succeed and grow

About You

• Passionate about launching or growing a career in real estate

• A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a client-first mindset

• Well-presented, professional, and self-motivated

• In possession of a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Holding NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Ideally bilingual – fluent in both English and Mandarin (preferred but not essential)

• Professional and polished
