Are you an eager sales associate, and ready to kick start your career in Western Sydney?

You will receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced agents to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

The role primarily involves prospecting using various methods to cultivate your client base, creating, and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting open homes & attending appointments, listing, marketing and selling real estate.

You will shadow experienced agents and receive personalized coaching to ensure you discover your full potential. Our client will equip you with the scripts & skills you need to excel in the marketplace, through our carefully considered In-House Training & Development programs.

Their office is one of the best performing offices in the area and due to growth, we now require a sales professional to join our team.

• Has a strong work ethic, self motivated and results-driven mindset

• Is resilient and hungry for success

• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal

• Professional presentation and a polished, well-groomed appearance

• Wants to build a career in Real Estate Sales

• Holds a current Driver’s licence

• Has their own a reliable car

• Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence

• Looking for full-time employment and can commit to working Saturday’s
