Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and market trends
Provide guidance and assist clients in buying & selling properties
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents to clients
Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process
Requirements:
Valid real estate license or certificate of registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighbourhoods.
