Key responsibilities:
Prospecting and maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors, and the local community
Conducting appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
Managing the full sales process from listing to settlement
Working collaboratively with a results-driven team to hit and exceed targets
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
Consistent GCI results with a drive to break through the next ceiling
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A self-starter mentality with a hunger for growth
Current Agent’s Representative Registration (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
