Prospecting and maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors, and the local community
Conducting open homes, appraisals, and private inspections
Managing the sales process from listing to settlement

The ideal candidate will have:
1–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Professional presentation and a confident approach
Current Agent’s Representative Registration (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
