What’s on offer:

• Base salary with performance bonuses (for the first 3–6 months)

• Transition into a rewarding commission structure as you grow

• Leads, database, and full administrative support (including dedicated VAs)

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and the local community

• Conduct open homes, appraisals, and private inspections

• Manage listings and guide clients through the sales process

• Uphold the office’s values of professionalism, integrity, and respect in every interaction

  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn

• A commitment to ethical, relationship-based selling

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• A proactive mindset and hunger to improve

• Current Agent’s Representative Registration (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
