We started Placed Australia in the height of COVID, to fill the glaring gap of exceptional recruitment skill in the Real Estate landscape and in turn, offer more flexibility for our Recruiters by working from home, without compromising earning capacity.
What can you earn?
You Take 70% Commission of every Placement you make…(I know right ;-) Most of our team make on average $10k - $30k a month or more. (1-4 placements per month).
We get paid 7 days from candidate start date once we place them… (No subject to finance, No Building & Pest, No waiting for settlement.)
It's the right time: We currently have Recruiters based in QLD, NSW and VIC and it's the right time to expand the team nationally... (You can be anywhere in Australia).
As our foundation grows ever stronger with our 4th year in business this year, a top position on the first page of Google for "Real Estate Recruitment", and enviable client base, no less than 5 Star Reviews, newly formed referral arrangements with training providers and content that is referred to by key players in the Real Estate Industry, Placed Australia is set on steady growth…
Who we're looking for:
We are open to Experienced Recruiters or Experienced Real Estate professionals that can help our Clients secure exceptional talent and assist them recruit & build top-performing Real Estate teams...
You need to be prepared to work full-time from home (8:30am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week) and help our clients win the talent attraction game…
About you:
Recruitment or Real Estate Exp is a must.
Leverage existing relationships in Real Estate or ability to build new ones.
Want more flexibility without compromising earning potential.
Have a home office.
Can work on Commission Only.
You are resilient and willing to work your butt off.
Savvy.
Exceptionally well Presented.
Weapon on the phones (Not afraid to Cold Call).
Can back yourself.
Natural Sales ability.
Awesome with people.
Diligent.
Reliable.
Honest.
Eye for detail.
Good at picking who will crush it and who won't (gut instinct).
Strong business developer and closer.
Like helping people find the right work (its a good feel job).
Ability to work autonomously from home without being pushed.
Great relationship builder.
Strong admin skills.
Amazing Computer and Social Media skills.
Strong Follow-up.
Drivers License and reliable car.
Own ABN or willing to work as a commission only contractor.

Calling Agencies with a view to taking Job briefs.
Writing Job Ads for the Website and SEEK. (Access provided).
Headhunt.
70% of each placement fee going to you.
Some leads provided / shared (Clients, Jobs & Candidates)
$10k - $30k + per month OTE is very realistic.
