Based in Sydney, Janice brings more than 15 years of senior leadership, sales and commercial experience across Australia to Placed Australia, predominantly within the real estate and investment industries. Having started her working career at just 14, progressing into team leadership roles before stepping into management at 18, Janice has built her career around leading people, driving performance and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Over the years, Janice has led teams ranging from 50 to more than 500 people, with a strong commercial and ROI-focused approach to leadership. Janice has been responsible for driving performance, improving productivity and ensuring people and resources deliver measurable results. This experience has given her first-hand insight into the commercial value of getting the right people into the right roles, and the very real cost to a business when the fit isn't right.

Having spent much of her career on the hiring side of the table, Janice understands what businesses look for beyond the résumé. She is commercially astute, highly driven and naturally perceptive, with an ability to quickly understand people, identify potential and get to the heart of what both clients and candidates are looking for.

Outside of work, Janice is an avid animal lover who enjoys spending time with her pets and volunteering with dog rescue organisations. She loves travelling, particularly cruising, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends whenever she gets the chance.
