Receptionist role of the year!!

Due to their continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their award-winning team in North West Sydney.
The Role…
Our ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual. You will have the ability to prioritise and multi-task, while always making sure to put the client first. We are looking for someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team and is willing to take initiative and attention to details.
Your day-to-day activities will initially include:
Providing support for both the sales & rentals teams;
Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
Assisting with generating business opportunities;
Upholding professional standards;
Assisting in developing marketing material;
Completing data entry;
Preparing Sales or property management stock marketing material
Liaising with tradesmen;
Customer call backs;
Scheduling;
Office stationery and stocktake management;
Manage office social media accounts and content;
Database management;
Report preparation;
Market research; and
General office duties.
Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. Our client are more interested in motivated, eager and passionate individuals. They can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude!
To succeed in this role, you'll have...
An exceptional customer service ethos;
Process driven with a strong attention to detail;
A focused, driven and motivated personality;
A real estate certificate of registration or license (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
Previous experience in a similar role is a must;
Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
Ability to work effectively under pressure;
High-level problem-solving skills;
High-level personal presentation;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively;
Professional phone manner;
Data entry experience;
Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
Strong computer skill set;
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
A team player;
Possess exceptional follow up;
Punctual; and
Forward thinking.
