Real Estate Lead Generator | Karrinyup Location

We’re recruiting for a boutique, high-performing real estate agency in Karrinyup that’s growing its lead generation team. With a focus on premium coastal suburbs from City Beach through to Hillarys, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that’s elevating the client experience in real estate.

This is a full-time role working across six days per week, and ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, driven by results, and passionate about people.

About the Role:

• Generate warm leads for an established Sales Agent working high-end suburbs

• 85% outbound phone calls, 15% door knocking, open homes, and in-person opportunities

• Collaborate with a small team that includes two existing lead generators and a close-knit sales and property management operation

• Target areas include premium coastal belts from City Beach to Hillarys

What’s on Offer:

• Base salary up to $60K depending on experience

• Uncapped earning potential through 5% commission on any lead that results in settlement

• Training and support from a boutique agency with a strong local reputation

• Modern offices located in Karrinyup

• Have a keen interest in real estate (experience not essential but ideal)

• Are comfortable working Saturdays and flexible across a six-day roster
