This full-time Property Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to join the experienced team at one of the leading real estate agencies in the Parramatta area. As a Property Officer, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of property management and client satisfaction.

The Role

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address any property-related issues
Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacant properties, conducting viewings, and facilitating lease agreements
Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency policies
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements for property owners
Collaborate with the broader team to provide exceptional customer service and support to both tenants and property owners

About You

1-2 years min experience in residential property management
Experience managing portfolios independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and property owners
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Proficiency in using property management software and technology
A team-oriented approach with a strong customer service focus
Knowledge of relevant property management legislation and regulations
