An opportunity is now available for a Property Manager/Leasing agent to join an established team in Melbourne CBD. You may already have experience in property management and are looking for a fresh, supportive environment to progress your career; or you may be brand new to property management and looking to show you have got what it takes, whilst learning the ropes from experienced management.
What qualities do you need:
Previous experience as a property manager/leasing agent or an enthusiastic junior who is willing to learn
Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential
Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
A genuine interest in property management coupled with a desire to learn
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Organised, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment
Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Valid Victorian Agents Rep Certificate
The Role:
To work alongside the Senior Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, treating them with respect and dignity while addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Match prospective tenants with suitable properties and ensure a smooth and successful leasing process.
