Are you an experienced property manager looking for a well-established, supportive environment where you're treated like part of the family? This long standing, family first agency in Sydney's Inner Southwest is seeking a star Property Manager to join their close-knit team in the Lakemba office.

About the Role

Managing your own portfolio of approx. 200 properties, within a team of 7 property managers and plenty of support.

Key Responsibilities

Directly manage a residential portfolio of approx. 200 properties.
Provide high-quality service to landlords, tenants and trades people across all aspects of the property management business.
Repair and maintenance coordination
Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
Lease signing and bond lodgment
Build strong rapport with clients and deliver consistent, clear communication.
Collaborate with your co-property manager and business owners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Option to take to a team leader position.
Systems used ; REST/filesmart
No after hours work! 9-5pm

About you

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management.
Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
A strong communicator, who loves to get in and get it done
A team player who wants to be part of a meaningful agency and make a difference
