About the Role
As a Property Manager in the inner-city, you’ll take charge of a well-maintained portfolio, providing top-tier service to landlords and tenants alike. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems that streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional property management outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties located in highly sought-after urban suburbs.
Build strong relationships with owners and tenants, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Handle all aspects of property management, including lease renewals, maintenance, routines, and arrears.
Coordinate timely responses to maintenance issues, working with quality trades.
Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and agency policies.
Work efficiently with support teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in end-to-end property management.
A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or access to company car if provided).
In-depth knowledge of Queensland tenancy laws and legislation.
Confidence in working autonomously and prioritising in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with software such as PropertyMe, IRE, or Inspection Express is advantageous.
