The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio, ensuring compliance, maintenance coordination, and tenant and landlord relationships are managed to a high standard. You’ll be backed by a collaborative support team and industry-leading systems to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a residential portfolio of 150 properties.
Provide outstanding service and build long-lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Coordinate and follow up on property maintenance and repairs promptly.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant Queensland tenancy legislation.
Work closely with support staff and contribute to maintaining high team standards.
Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 3 years’ experience in end-to-end property management.
A current Real Estate Licence and Driver’s Licence.
Strong understanding of QLD property legislation.
High level of attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and a proactive, service-focused approach.
