Personal Assistant to Senior Sales Executive x2 – Luxury Real Estate
Choose between supporting their Newmarket Agent or Rochedale Agent.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an ambitious individual to further their professional career by supporting one of Brisbane’s top-performing Senior Sales Executives. As part of the world’s largest and most prestigious luxury real estate brand, our team is driven, dynamic, and committed to excellence.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of a highly successful sales team.
You will provide administrative, organisational, and client-focused support in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role also offers the opportunity for career development into a Sales Associate position for the right candidate.
To thrive in this role, you must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, and have exceptional time management skills. You’ll be someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly—all while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Manage the Senior Sales Executive’s diary and schedule
Provide administrative and organisational support across all active listings
Attend to client communication via phone, email, and in person
Coordinate property marketing campaigns, listing materials, and pre-list kits
Prepare vendor reports and assist with listing documentation
Support open homes and buyer inspections when required (including Saturdays)
Ensure exceptional client service across all buyer and seller touchpoints
Maintain and manage the CRM/database
Assist with lead generation and business development activities
Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced Real Estate admin or EA/PA role
QLD Sales Registration Certificate
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms)
Experience with AgentBox, Realworks, and PriceFinder is highly desirable
Experience in contract administration is an advantage
Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, friendly attitude
Must be available to work every Saturday
