Our client, a boutique and easy-going real estate agency, is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility, such as a candidate re-entering the workforce after maternity leave, or a property professional wanting to balance career and lifestyle.

The Opportunity:

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 50 properties

• Car allowance included

• Flexible days and hours available

• No trust accounting required

• Backed by an experienced Operations Manager and an additional PM for support

• Work with Property Tree software in a modern, organised environment

The Role:

• Manage the day-to-day requirements of a residential portfolio

• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors

• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and lease management

• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and PM team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in property management preferred

• Holds a current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Reliable, consistent, and committed to high service standards
