Are you a respected Real Estate Sales Operations Manager who is looking for a fresh outlook in a team that is growing quickly, led by one of QLD's nicest and highly regarded Director of Sales, with a track record of leading Queensland's top performing Agents?
This role is a salary position paying upward of $120k - $160k base depending on experience.

Day to day you will be responsible for...
Managing approx. 20 Agents (and growing).
Managing 2x Contracts administrators and a VA.
Operating predominantly from the Newstead HQ, and visiting 2 other offices approx. once per week.
Start date: ASAP
Salary Package: plus super depending on experience, open for negotiation.
HR: Track birthdays, anniversaries, license renewals, CPD points, and file key employment documents..
Sales Agent Operational On-boarding: Set up logins, provide basic training on systems and processes.
New Systems/Legislation Implementation & Training: Roll out new forms, tech platforms, supplier changes.
Sales Process Improvement: Ongoing refinement of processes, agent HUB maintenance, automation workflows.
Recruitment of Support Roles: Create Seek ads, screen applications, arrange interviews.
Oversee PM Referral Process: Included in all correspondence, provide clarity as needed, VA records tracked in spreadsheet and CRM
Event Management: Plan quarterly breakfasts, team training sessions, Christmas party, and other corporate events.
Office Management: Ensure all offices are fully stocked and tech is functioning properly.
Conflicts and Complaints: Support agent issues in collaboration with Director of Sales.
Compliance: Oversee compliance across business and admin team, implement supporting processes.
Tech & Platform Reviews: Meet with reps to explore emerging tech and tools for the sales team.
Agent Ledger Management: Track monthly subscriptions and administration costs for agents.
RiTA Oversight: Monitor and optimise RiTA to ensure the orphan database is being actively serviced.
Lead Allocation: Allocate and record office-generated leads with the Director of Sales.
Sales to BDM Lead Monitoring: Track and report on leads passed from sales to BDMs.
Supplier Agreements: Manage agreements and renewals.
Data Management: Oversee import of agent data sourced by the data farming team.
Our client has 3 brand new offices, all kitted-out with the newest furniture, computers and located in convenient areas pinpointed for rapid growth across Brisbane's Inner suburbs.
