The Role
Responding promptly to enquiries
Delivering exceptional service at open homes and private appointments
Prospecting for new business via phone calls + text and email
Assisting with all stages of the sales process, from initial enquiry to settlement
Maintaining admin
Preparing and distributing sales and performance reports
About You
Passionate about launching or growing a career in real estate
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as associate
A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a client-first mindset
Well-presented, professional, and self-motivated
High attention to detail
In possession of a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Holding NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Ideally bilingual – fluent in both English and Mandarin (preferred but not essential)
