An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated Junior Property Manager to join a well-established agency based in Robina, working alongside a supportive team and under the guidance of a hands-on Director.
This is an ideal role for someone with some experience or a strong interest in property management, looking to build a long-term career in the industry with the right mentoring and systems in place.
About the Role
As a Junior Property Manager, you will work alongside the Senior Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained 200-property portfolio. You’ll receive ongoing training, guidance, and support from an experienced leadership team, with help from other junior team members, a VA, and a dedicated routine inspection officer.
Duties include:
Assisting with routine inspections, lease renewals, and tenant communication
Supporting maintenance coordination and entry/exit inspections
Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries with professionalism and care
Updating records and following up on tasks using PropertyMe, Airtable, IRE, and Inspection Express
Participating in daily Zoom meetings with the wider team across the Robina and Coomera offices
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or working toward one)
Some previous exposure to real estate or customer service preferred
A genuine interest in property management and a desire to learn
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Organised, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
