We’re seeking an enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join a supportive, portfolio-based team managing around 200 residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their property management career while being mentored by two established and experienced Property Managers. Brisbane Westside & Springfield Lakes location.
What’s on offer:
$60k package plus company car
Mix of office-based work and external appointments – no two days the same
Direct training and support from two experienced PMs
Hands-on exposure to managing a portfolio of residential properties

About the role:
Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, and tenant communication
Support senior PMs with lease renewals, maintenance, and compliance tasks
Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Gain the skills and confidence to step into a full PM role over time
Access to date proptech
About you:
Previous real estate or property experience is valued, but not essential
Previous experience with Console Cloud is valued, but not essential
Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn the ropes
Driver’s licence required (company car provided)
