Placed Australia is partnering with a leading full-service real estate group to recruit an experienced Strata Manager for their premium CBD and fringe portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a mix of high-rise residential and commercial buildings, with the added support of in-house Facilities Managers across most schemes. Our client operates differently to traditional strata businesses with an all-inclusive fee structure, no commissions and limited after-hours commitments, enabling
them to pay a competitive base salary and provide a sustainable workload.
About the Role
Manage a premium portfolio of CBD residential towers and commercial office buildings
Work closely with Facilities Managers and internal property divisions
Chair meetings, oversee budgets and ensure compliance with WA legislation
Build strong relationships with owners, councils and key stakeholders
About You
5+ years’ strata management experience (high-rise exposure preferred)
Strong financial and legislative knowledge
Experience with PIQ software advantageous
Professional, proactive and confident managing top-end clients

$100k – $115k + super (based on experience)
