We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This role offers an excellent chance to advance your career, managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties, primarily located in Perth.
About the Role:
Manage a portfolio of quality commercial and industrial assets
Liaise with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships
Ensure all property management tasks and obligations are met efficiently and professionally
Be supported with ongoing training, resources, and peer collaboration
To be considered, you will ideally have:
1–2 years of commercial Senior Commercial Property Management experience in an agency setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office
A diligent, proactive, and professional approach to work
