We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Associate to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in the heart of Wynnum-Manly. This is an exciting opportunity to work side-by-side with an award-winning lead agent who is consistently achieving top-tier results in the bayside market.

About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Work closely with the lead agent to manage day-to-day sales activities and support a high-volume pipeline
Conduct buyer follow-ups, private inspections, and assist with open homes
Prospect for new business through calls, door knocking, and database management
Prepare listing presentations, sales documentation, and marketing materials
Assist with campaign management and vendor communication
Manage CRM updates and ensure timely and accurate data entry
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
At least 12 months experience in a sales associate or similar real estate role
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build local relationships
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A driven, coachable attitude with the ambition to grow into a lead agent role in the future
Familiarity with the Wynnum-Manly market is highly regarded
