Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager ready to step into a role where your expertise is valued and your time is respected?
We’re currently seeking a capable and confident Senior Property Manager to join a high-performing team located in the Northern Gold Coast corridor. You’ll take charge of a well-maintained portfolio and be supported by a structured team environment with modern systems and admin assistance to help you stay focused on what you do best — providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a clean and established residential portfolio (approx. 150–170 properties)
Overseeing all aspects of tenancy management including leasing, routines, maintenance, and lease renewals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Working closely with a team that includes leasing support, virtual assistants, and trust accounting where applicable
Using tech-savvy platforms such as PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and IRE to streamline day-to-day operations
Attending to tribunal matters as required (with support)
Maintaining compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and internal agency procedures
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Property Management, with recent end-to-end portfolio experience
Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail and proactive time management
A calm, professional demeanour under pressure
QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
