Salary $65-85k depending on experience

Requirement:  

• Resides locally or in surrounding suburbs. 

• Holding current Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain one

• Previous Real Estate experience is desirable but not essential

Job role 

• Assisting in developing marketing materials

• Handling buyer enquiries and conducting follow-ups

• Conducting pre-settlement inspections

• Supporting agents with pre- and post-appraisal follow-ups

• Networking.

• Assisting with open homes and property inspections

• Database management.

• Assisting with home appraisals.

• Assisting with listing properties for sale; and

• General administration.
