1-2 years previous experience in residential real estate is preferred
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Immaculate personal presentation
Excellent communication skills
A strong knowledge Macarthur marketplace and demographic would be preferred- local person ideal
