• Proven experience in Property Management (essential)

• Can manage portfolios with ease independently

• 3 years experience minimum

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, tenants, and tradespeople

• Certificate of registration + vehicle

The role :

• Manage portfolio independently

• Manage arrears

• Liase with tenants, owners and trades

• Outgoings + ingoings

• Leases and bonds

• Respond to inquiries with speed and efficiency
