Amazing opportunity for a Property Manager wanting to grow their career and who is ready to take the challenge, working in a large team in a dynamic environment & state of the art offices in the heart of the Northern Beaches.

You would be managing an established & organised property portfolio of local properties and delivering exceptional customer service.

About You:

• Must have 1+ years experience in Property Management

• Experience managing portfolios

• Knowledge of the Property Legislation

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

• Current Australian Driver’s License and Vehicle

• People Management Experience

• Impeccable Presentation

• Responsible & Reliable

• Excellent Time Management

• Work well under pressure and manage conflict effectively

• Must live locally and understand the area demographic

  
  

The Role:

• Manage Landlord & Tenant Relationships

• Manage Arrears

• Co-ordinate Maintenance

• Provide sound advice on the market

• Email and Phone Management

• Work closely with a Leasing Consultant

• Ingoing/Outgoing Inspections.

• Organise Lease sign ups

• Be proficient on Microsoft Office & Inspection software

• Meet required KPIs

• On board New Managements
