Key Responsibilities

• Manage a clean, well-organised portfolio of residential properties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals

• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution

• Handle arrears management and tribunal preparation where required

• Maintain compliance with legislation and company standards

• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the company’s reputation

About You

You’re confident, experienced, and take pride in managing your portfolio with care and efficiency. You’re proactive, communicative, and can handle challenges calmly and professionally.

You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Property Manager

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Console, PropertyTree)

• A customer-first mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
