Our client has been riding this wave of growth for many years already and she is now on the hunt for a trusted and very capable Executive Assistant to join her team to keep things on track and be the extra pair of hands she needs to expand further.
Known as the top-performing female Real Estate Agent in the region, with well over 100 properties sold each year as an individual, invited regularly to competitor offices to share her success story with their teams and finding time among all this for herself is becoming much harder.
About you:
Experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant already.
Live within 20min of Cleveland.
Awesome with Tech and Social Media.
Immaculately groomed and presented.
Available 6 days a week.
Competent Sales Admin.
Team Player (Not some rouge individual out for themself).
High standard of service and detail.
Strong clear communicator.
Don't know the meaning of "no" and willing to do whatever needs to get done.
Available for Open Homes on Saturdays.
Totally happy with an EA role and no ambition to become an Agent in the next 5 years.
ESP: Have that uncanny mind reading ability to see the play and act immediately.
Want to partner with a busy Agent who is out to do more and push.
Full unrestricted Drivers License.
Real Estate Cert a must.
About the Role:
Executive Assistant all-rounder to the Redlands top-performing female Agent.
$70k - $85k depending on Experience. (Reviews every 6-months).
All hands on deck with one of the busiest female Agents in the region.
Ready to do whatever needs doing.
Sales Admin
Booking stuff
Marketing
Face to Face meetings regularly
The morning might be Coffee run, Admin in the office, getting Listings advertised etc. You might need to go an buy gifts and get them wrapped and delivered to clients.
The Afternoons might be taking the pamphlets you organised and tagging along prospecting areas then off to a new potential listing to do a listing presentation before heading back to the office to get it lodged in the system.
You might have to swing by a property to drop off keys to a tradie before heading home, then you might get a call an hour later and have to jump back in the car an go collect those keys from the tradie.
The next day might be at an event or lunch etc...you get the idea...no day will be the same and you need to roll with it and create structure and balance from the chaos. You will be on-hand to back-up our client like a wingman in Top-Gun.
