Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant | Melton VIC | $65k–$95k + Bonuses + Career Growth

Our client is a well-established real estate office in Melton seeking a driven Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant to support their high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with real estate sales or administration experience who wants to step into a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with clear opportunities to advance.

You’ll work closely with an experienced sales team, providing operational, administrative, and client support while developing your own skills in prospecting, negotiation, and campaign management.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads to support sales growth

• Manage and build strong client relationships

• Assist with prospecting activities, including calls and door knocking

• Support the sales team during marketing appointments and auction campaigns

• Attend open homes and auctions

• Manage buyer interactions and assist with negotiations

• Maintain and update the CRM/database

• Support monthly target achievement through structured processes

  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (CPP41419)

• Experience in real estate sales or administrative support

• Strong communication and professional presentation

• High motivation, reliability, and a proactive mindset

• Strong organisational skills and time management

• Ability to follow systems and procedures with discipline

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Current police check or willingness to obtain one
