Our client is a respected real estate office in South Morang seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of their rental department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on new business, builds strong client relationships, and wants the backing of a well-established brand and a supportive property management team.
You’ll work closely with an experienced PM department and have access to quality leads, strong marketing resources, and clear career pathways.

$105,000–$125,000 salary package (based on experience)

Full-time Monday to Friday role with an immediate start
Key responsibilities:
Source and secure new rental managements
Follow up high-quality inbound and referral leads
Conduct rental appraisals and presentations
Build and maintain a strong database of prospective landlords
Implement BDM marketing activities
Report monthly performance against KPIs
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year as a Real Estate BDM or Sales Agent
Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
