Are you a high performing business development manager who wants to truly excel and wow your clients?


Role Overview:


As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate new residential property management leads, convert them into long-term clients, and drive portfolio growth.

You will play a key role in the expansion of our agency by identifying opportunities, building relationships with landlords, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively prospect and generate new property management leads through cold calling, targeted letterbox drops, referrals, networking, digital marketing, and walk-ins

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors, developers, landlords, and referral partners

  • Conduct rental appraisals and presentations with prospective clients

  • Prepare and negotiate management agreements and onboarding documentation

  • Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional service delivery

  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on lead generation and conversions

  • Review & recommend relevant changes to existing fees / canvassing structure in accordance with the marketplace

  • Represent the agency at community events, networking functions, and industry seminars


About you:

  • Proven experience in a real estate BDM or similar sales/relationship management role

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and grow the business

  • Sound knowledge of the residential property market in Sydney, in particular the Eastern Suburbs

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Professional, personable, and highly organised
