Upper Northern Beaches agency is looking for or a dynamic and energetic real estate Sales Associate who is hungry and ready to grow under one of Sydney's leading agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Someone not afraid of rejection !! Prospecting the local area and leveraging off current listings, cold and warm calling, door knocking, letter box dropping etc

• Attending open homes and auctions

• Preparing and attending appraisals

• Working with rest of team collaboratively

• Dealing with all buyer inquiries

• Liaising with solicitors, vendors, buyers, photographers etc.

About you :

• 1-2 years previous experience in residential real estate is preferred

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

• Strong work ethic

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated

• Immaculate personal presentation

• Excellent communication skills

• A strong knowledge of the Upper Northern Beaches marketplace and demographic would be preferred
