Based on QLD's Sunshine Coast, Shane is an experienced Residential Valuer of 11 years and holds a Masters Degree in Property from RMIT. 

 

Shane has always had a passion for the Property industry, and has been fortunate to learn about the Residential Real Estate Industry from a entirely different perspective.

 

Shane has a passion for researching the property market and understanding the factors that influence it's dynamics and trends including how property is sold.
