About the Role
As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a clean and organised portfolio of 200 properties, with hands-on support including:
You’ll manage key tasks such as:
Landlord and tenant communication
Maintenance management and compliance
Lease renewals, entry/exit reports, and end-to-end portfolio oversight
Working with systems such as PropertyMe
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
Familiarity with modern PM software
A proactive, professional attitude with a focus on service and detail
Current VIC Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
Valid VIC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
