Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager seeking a role that allows you to focus on client relationships and portfolio management without the added responsibilities of trust accounting, leasing, or business development? An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional to join a supportive and dynamic team in the Cleveland area, managing a portfolio of approximately 160–170 properties.
About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of property management for a portfolio of 160–170 properties, including entry condition reports, vacates, and routine inspections (with assistance provided).
Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Utilizing advanced property management software and tools to streamline processes.
Collaborating with a dedicated team to provide exceptional service to clients.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management.
A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
Proficiency in property management software such as PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Realworks, and IRE.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
