Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our client's team in Everton Park. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to listing presentations and on-the-ground guidance to the sales team. Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
Conduct listing presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of services to clients.
Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A current real estate license is a must.
Knowledge of the Everton Park area and Northern suburbs is advantageous.
