Are you an experienced Real Estate Property Manager looking for the perfect opportunity in the vibrant suburb of Mt Gravatt, nestled in the heart of south-east Brisbane? Look no further! Our client is a reputable real estate agency, seeking a talented individual to join their team and take charge of a portfolio of 130 properties with the goal of growing it to 150.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage portfolios of 130 properties at minimum.
Conduct regular property inspections and liaise with tenants and landlords to address any issues promptly.
Oversee rent collection and arrears management to ensure optimal cash flow.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll and expand the business's presence in the local market.
Collaborate with team members and support each other in achieving collective goals.
Requirements:
Solid experience in the field of property management, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices and regulations.
Proven track record of effectively managing property portfolios and achieving results.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the growth of the business.
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
