Location: Woolloongabba, Inner South Brisbane.

Are you an experienced Real Estate professional ready to dive into a pivotal role in real estate operations? Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Inner Brisbane City team as a Real Estate Operations Manager. This is a full-time, in-office position, requiring previous experience in property management and trust accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the right hand to the Real Estate Principal, acting as the second in command.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the real estate office.

• Lead and grow the office team, ensuring their needs are met and providing necessary support.

• Utilize your project management expertise to efficiently handle various tasks and projects.

• Maintain trust accounting standards and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in running teams and managing personnel effectively.

• Strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.

• Previous experience in property management and trust accounting is essential.

• Hold a valid Real Estate License.

• Possess a valid Driver's License.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be willing to work full-time in the office.

• Inner city location.
