Placed Australia is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work in an established and well respected Real Estate office in the Sutherland Shire Region of Sydney. Looking for the right person to work in a friendly Team.
Duties will include:
Management of a portfolio.
Inspections, repairs & maintenance, new business, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Primary contact for the landlords and tenants.
Tribunal Preparation and attendance.
Rent arrears management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
Current Certificate of Registration or License.
Driver’s License.
Must have very good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain an excellent customer focus.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Work in a team environment.
